Where it all started (2015 - 2020)
We began lighting our family's home in 2015 in Scottsdale, Arizona. This tradition grew larger and larger every year, to the point where thousands of guests showed up on our street and we were eventually shut down by the city. ABC's "Good Morning America" picked up on this in 2020, where we featured our display live with George Stephanopoulos, Robin Roberts, and Michael Strahan. We were honored to be named "Best Holiday Light Display" that year by Phoenix New Times. We knew this was only the beginning of something more.

After being shut down by overwhelming crowds in 2020, we knew our home display was reaching the end of it's lifespan. In 2021, we decided that it was our last year to put on the display at our family's home. This year, we had a final goal in mind, and that was to compete on ABC's "The Great Christmas Light Fight". A reality TV show where families across America showcase their Christmas display to TV host and judge Carter Oosterhouse. At the end of the show, Carter returns to one family to crown champions of "The Great Christmas Light Fight".
Â
We decided to do something that had never been seen before on the show, which was a ride. "Sweet Street" was a ride where families could hop into our "Sweet-Mobile" vehicle that would take the through the world of candy and sweets.
Â
Win or lose, we knew this was the final chapter. Our dreams came true when Carter showed up again to our display and crowned us champions of "The Great Christmas Light Fight".
As excited and honored as we were, we had our eyes set once again on bigger horizons.

After closing the chapter on our family's home display, we decided that it was time to take things bigger. In 2022, we began planning and building our first commerical Christmas display and event in Mesa Arizona, which welcomed thousands of families throughout the 2022 season.

Pratt Brothers Go Commercial (2022 - Current)
Although it was just the beginning year, we once again had to grow larger. In 2023, Pratt Brothers Christmas moved to Chandler, Arizona at a brand new location, Rawhide Western Town.
Â
From 2023 - 2025, Pratt Brothers Christmas welcomed hundreds of thousands of people from all across Arizona and out of state. This event featured over 8 million dazzling lights, a life-sized Gingerbread House that shot pyrotechnics, lasers, bubbles, fog cannons, all synchronized to a breathtaking light show. Other popular attractions included a nightly Christmas Parade, a mile long train ride through thousands of lights, action packed stunt shows, live entertainment, and so much more.

Pratt Brothers Christmas is currently planning and building a brand new event at an all new location beginning in 2027, bigger, brighter and better than ever before. This new event will be taking our entire event team a full year to properly plan, build, and execute.Â
Â
As this new event is under development, for the very first time, Pratt Brothers is bringing the magic home to you. It is a sincere thank you to Arizona for believing and following our journey from the house to our events. We feel honored and grateful to begin this new chapter of our company by bringing you Christmas magic starting this 2026 season, as well as future events beginning in 2027.
